INVITATION FOR BID

The National Housing Enterprise (NHE) hereby invites qualified and competent entities incorporated in Namibia, to submit bids for the procurement of the following:

A complete set of Bidding Documents with detailed specifications may be obtained from NHE Head Office, by sendig proof of payment or copy of a cash receipt to procurement@nhe.com.na All documents will be sent to bidders via email. Free Bidding Documents can be downloaded from NHE website, www.nhe.com.na

Payment can be made by EFT to: NHE Creditors Account, Standard Bank Namibia, Main Branch, Account no. 043208290, Branch Code: 082 372, Current Account.

Proof of payment should be attached to bid at submission.

No late payments will be accepted.

Please note that pre-bid meetings will be held as follows:

Okakarara on Tuesday, 23 April 2024 at 10h00 am, on site in Okakarara

Attendance is not compulsory, but it is highly recommended.

Bids clearly marked with description and reference number must be delivered at Reception, Tender Box, NHE Head Office, 7 Gen. Murtala Muhammed Avenue, Windhoek by closing date and time. Electronic bidding will not be accepted. Late bids will be rejected.

All bidders who downloaded the bidding document before 11 April 2024 are informed of errors on pages 57-60. Kindly update and replace accordingly”
