Consultancy Services to Enhance Integrated Strategic Business Plans (ISBPs) and Turnaround Strategies for Selected Commercial Public Enterprises
The Deutsche Gesselschaft für Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and Public Enterprises, is seeking the services of reputable and specialised consulting firms/consultant, with a proven track record in the Public Enterprisess sector and its associated industries.
The key objective of this consultancy is to ensure that the selected Commercial Public Enterprises (CPEs) receive technical support to develop Integrated Strategic Business Plans that are appropriate and enhance their business effectiveness.
The scope of the assignment includes the following, among others:
- Develop and review Integrated Strategic Business Plans as per ISBP guidelines.
- Review and develop turnaround strategies/review business models to stabilise operations of the selected CPE.
- Review and strengthen key performance indicators and score card data.
- Review fiscal risks of these CPEs, sensitivity models in line with IMF health tool kit.
