1. Conduct a Comprehensive Assessment on all NIDA Business Units, in Order to Determine its Value Proposition and Long Term Sustainability;
2. Conduct an Assessment on NIDA’s Business Interest in the existing Joint Ventures, Associates and Entities;
3. Develop a Business Model in line with NIDA’s Mandate
