The Embassy of the United States of America in Windhoek is soliciting offers from suitably, qualified and established companies for the renovations at Centre for Disease Control & Prevention Offices in Windhoek.
Information on RFQ and Specifications are available below for all interested companies to download. Please follow the instructions provided in the RFQ document when providing quotation.

A site-visit will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024 at 10h00 AM, local time at mentioned office. All interested parties should contact Mr. Havalon Plaatjies at whkproc@state.gov by Wednesday, April 24, 2024, 12h00 local time, if their intention is to attend.
For your quotation/proposal to be considered, it should reach our offices on or before May 14, 2024, 17h00 Namibian time.
