INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Oranjemund Town Council hereby invites eligible bidders to apply for the provision of the following procurement opportunities:

BID DESCRIPTION:   Road Maintenance

LEVY:  N$300 non-refundable

BID CLOSING DATE:   29 May 2024 at 15h00

BID SUBMISSION:  All documents, must be addressed and submitted as stipulated in the bidding document.  Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder’s own cost.  Oranjemund Town Council will not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies or anyone sent to submit the bidding document on behalf of the Bidder.  No email or fax submissions will be accepted.  The Bidding Documents will be available from Tuesday, 16 April 2024.
