The bids (1 original + 1 copy) must be in sealed envelopes and clearly marked on the front G/ONB/SM-004/2024: Supply and Delivery of Prepaid Water Meters and Water Meter Boxes to Swakopmund Municipality and addressed to the Head of the Procurement Management Unit. Bidder’s name and address must be clearly marked on the back of the sealed envelopes. Bids must be placed in the Red bid box on the Ground floor on the Swakopmund Municipal Offices, or posted to the Head of the Procurement Management Unit, PO Box 53, Swakopmund.
