The Ministry of Defence and Veterans Affairs is hereby inviting competent Namibian Companies to submit their best bids through Open National Bidding Procedures as outlined below.

Description: Supply and Delivery of Stationery to the Ministry of Defence and Veterans Affairs for the Period of Three years
Levy: N$300.00 per bidding document (non-refundable)
Note: This bid is strictly for bidders registered for the Supply and Delivery of Stationery as the principal business and bidding documents are available at MODVA, Kamenco Haus, Ground floor adjacent to Bastion 1, Sam Nuuyoma Drive, Windhoek.

The method of payment will be cash at the MODVA, Bastion 1, 1st floor, cashier, room B1-133, Sam Nuuyoma Drive, Windhoek, from 08h00 to 12h00.

Bidding documents must be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Bid Reference Number and deposited in the bid box at MODVA, Kamenco Haus, Ground floor adjacent to Bastion 1, Sam Nuuyoma Drive, Windhoek. Late bidding will be rejected and no electronic bids will be permitted.
